ITALIAN TUNA SALAD with CAPERS RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Tuna in Olive Oil – 240 grams (canned tuna, or tuna filets in a jar)
Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons
Ground Black Pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Vinegar – Red Wine or Balsamic; 1-2 tablespoons
Caper Berries – 4 whole (or, 3-4 tablespoons of capers)
Yellow or White Onion – 1/3 small, sliced
Olive Oil – Extra Virgin is always better!
Chives – optional, for garnish

MAKE THE TUNA MOUSSE
Blend drained Tuna, Mayonnaise, Pepper, Salt, Vinegar, Capers (or Caper Berries), Onion till a smooth paste. Drizzle olive oil and blend till smooth.
