Ciao beautiful people, today I want to share how to make Sicilian Italian cannoli, a tube shell cruncy shell filled with gorgeoud ricotta cream and chocolate chips.

Ingredients:
For the shells:
-220 grams/ 7.8 oz flour
-30 grams/ 1 oz sugar
-one tbsp cocoa powder
-half tsp cinnamon
-one egg
-30 ml/ 1 oz white vinegar
-50 grams/ 1.8 oz butter
-30 ml/ 1 oz milk
-vegetable oil to fry

For the filling cream:
-250 grams/ 8.8 oz ricotta cheese
-100 grams/ 3.5 oz sugar
-100 grams/ 3.5 oz chocolate chips
-half teaspoon cinnamon
