hie Foodies, today we’re cooking Lasagne at home, This Jain vegetable lasagne has an Indian twist, just the way we like it. Plus point of the recipe is, we will be making our very own white pasta, and then the lasagna sheets.

How to make Jain veg Lasagne in Recipe Ingredients:
For white Pasta:
Maida / Plain Flour – 1/2 cups
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Water – to make a soft dough
Dry Flour – to roll sheets

For Vegetable Layer:
Oil – 2 tbs
Oregano – 1 tsp
Red Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
Beans – 5-6 chopped/ 1 Cup
Corn – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp or else consistency of your taste
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Chop Cucumber:- 1 Cup

White Sauce :
Ghee:- 2 tsp(Butter)
Plain Flour:- 2 tsp
Oregano:- 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes:- 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder:- 1/2 tsp
Salt as per the consistency

For Assembling Lasagne:
Cheese – 1 cup (grated)
vegetable:- 3 Cup
White Sauce – 1 Cup
