There is a mystery, a sort of incomprehensible attraction that makes us believe that some foods are perfect even when they are not. Myths about food are like conspiracy theories, you have them without any reasonable proof. What is the right choice? There are many different opinions that making the right choice is like looking for a needle in a haystack, but when you find it there is incredible satisfaction.
Even when you don’t have time to cook try to think of the right alternative that isn’t dehydrated soup, mac and cheese, or a frozen pizza, and of course carefully avoid any food packaging that shows “Italian style” on the box because it probably isn’t.

Who Are We?
My name is Despoina and with the help of my imaginary friend Dead Bunny, we created this channel about strange new stories, questioning news, and controversies.
In Greek mythology, she was the goddess of mysteries of Arcadian cults who was worshipped under the title Despoina (“the mistress”), one of the central figures of the Eleusinian Mysteries.
My fascination with the darker side of life is what led me to create these videos where each week I’ll dive into some of the most recent and mysterious stories.
