Today I am Going To Make Arancini Balls Which is very Tasy to eat. Its Easy Recipe and at the same time tasty too. You can make these balls and store in your fridge.

Ingredients

#1 Arancini Ball

Ingredients

1. Oil – 2 Tbsp
2. Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – ½ Tsp
3. Chopped Onions (Pyaz) – 1 Small
4. Chopped Carrots (Gajar) – 1 Cup
5. Frozen Peas (Boiled Peas ) – 1 Cup
6. Salt (Namak) – ½ Tsp / Acc. To Taste
7. Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) – ¼ Tsp
8. Boiled Rice / Leftover Rice – 1 Bowl
9. Mozzarella Cheese – 3Tbsp

#2 Arancini Balls

Ingredients

1. Oil – 2 Tbsp
2. Mustard Seeds – ½ Tsp
3.Trmeric Powder (Haldi ) – ¼ Tsp
4. Boiled Rice – 1 Bowl
5. Salt (Namak) – c Tsp / Acc. To Taste
6. Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp
7. Mozzarella Cheese – 3Tbsp

#3 Arancini Ball

Ingredients

1. Clarified Butter ( Desi Ghee ) – 2 Tbsp
2. Dry Fruits ( Almonds,
Cashew Nuts & Raisins) – as much you want
3. Fennel ( Sonf ) – ½ Tsp
4. Boiled Rice – 2 Bowl
5. Sugar ( Chini ) – 5 – 6 Tsp
6. Food Color ( Orange & Green ) – as much required
7. Mozzarella Cheese – 3Tbsp
8. Tooty Fruity – as much you want

For Coating

1. All Purpose Flour ( Maida ) – 4 Tsp
2. Bread Crumbs – as much required
3. Oil ( For Frying )
