Today’s recipe is Bread Lasagna. Actually it’s an Italian pasta recipe. Lasagne or Lasagna is one kind of long and wide Pasta sheet. And the process of making it in layers is known as Lasagna. But here I’ve used white bread instead of lasagna sheet. Also instead of making two different sauces (white cheese sauce & red chilli sauce) I’ve made here ‘one in all’ sauce to make the recipe EASY & SIMPLE.

INGREDIENTS:
White breads 8 slices
Cheese slices 10
Garlic 3-4 cloves (finely chopped)
Carrot 1 finely chopped
Onion 1 medium finely chopped
Capsicum 1/2 chopped
Sweet corn 2 tbsp
Green peas 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Paper 1 tsp
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Red chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Milk accordingly
Oil 3 tbsp
