Cuban Bread
2 Slices of Prosciutto
2 Slices of Mozzarella Cheese
2 Pickle Slices
Butter

Sauce
2 Tbsp Mayo
1 Tbsp Stone Ground Mustard
1 Tsp Lemon Juice

1 lb Pork Tenderloin
2 Garlic Cloves (smashed)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
2.5 Tbsp Chianti Wine
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Tsp Kosher Salt
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Cumin

1) Take your garlic, oil, wine, lime, spices and combine into a blender until fully pureed. Place your tenderloin and marinade in a giant ziploc bag and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
*Preheat your oven to 450 F*
2) Place tenderloin in a glass cooking pan and cook in the oven for 30 minutes. Once time is up, let the pork sit out for 5 minutes to cool. Then slice your tenderloin into 1/4s.
3) Slice your cuban bread and butter the outsides. Spread your sauce on both insides of your bread. Then place your prosciutto, then pickles, then pork tenderloin, and finally your mozzarella cheese.
4) Close your sandwich and panini press it until the cheese is fully melted.
5) Cut in half and eat up, b*tch!
