Mamma mia! This traditional Italian pesto is just delicious. Eat it with some pasta or just on a slice of ciabatta bread. Add some more olive oil in case you find the consistency too thick. Have you prepared too much? Don’t worry, you can keep the pesto in a closed jar in the fridge for about 3 weeks. Just add a thin layer (approx 1mm) of olive oil on top.
