Have you ever tasted Pasta in an Enticing Pink Sauce!?
Pink sauce is the combination of red sauce & white sauce pasta. This is a must try recipe for all the pasta lovers.
INGREDIENTS
Pasta – 2 Cups
Olive oil
Garlic – 7 pods
Onions – 3
Veggies of your choice
You can use carrots, capsicums, brocolli, zucchini baby corn & sweet corn.
Tomato puree
Tomato sauce – 3 tsps
Red chilli Powder – 2 tsps
Chilli flakes
Oregano
Salt
Butter – 3 tsps
Maida – 2 tsps
Milk – 100 ml

Procedure
β€’ In a sauce pan, boil water. For 1 Cup Pasta, we will use 5 Cup of water. Add 2 tsp Oil in the boiling water and add 2 tsp Salt

β€’ As water starts boiling, add pasta. Always follow the cooking instructions written on pasta packet. Pasta takes 10 mins to cook. Once cooked, drain the water & add cold water to avoid stickiness

β€’ In an another pan, add water for boiling & blanch tomatoes to make puree. Once tomatoes are boiled, peel of the skin and grind in a mixer grinder

β€’ To make Red Sauce :
Add 2 tsps of olive oil in a large pan. Add finely chopped garlic & pop imm
and saute until they turn translucent. Add veggies of your choice. And cook it 50%.
Add tomato puree & tomato sauce.
Add chilli powder 2 Tsps and chilli flakes & oregano.
Add water as required for sauce.

β€’ To make white sauce pasta
Add butter 3 tsps & Maida 2 tsps for thickening. Add milk 100 ml and let it thicken. Add salt as required

β€’ Add the white sauce into the red sauce & stir it until it turns into orangy pink. Add the boiled pasta and stir it well.

β€’ Garnish some mozzarella cheese on top.

β€’ Sprinkle it with chilli flakes & Oregano.

β€’ Delicious Pasta is ready to serve.
