Pasta with basil sauce :

Ingredients:

Chicken Boneless ½ kg
Pasta (boiled) ½ packet
Black Pepper 1tsp
Soy Sauce 1tbsp
Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic 1tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Basil sauce ingredients:
Tomato paste 1 cup
Chili garlic sauce ½ tsp
Red chili crushed ½ tsp
Salt as required
Basil chopped 2 tbsp
Olives chopped 1 tbsp
Method:
In a pan, heat oil add garlic and fry. When fry well, add black pepper, salt, soy sauce, chili sauce, chili sauce, boiled Macaroni and removes from the stove. Then all sauce ingredients pour in a pan and cook .then sauce pour on paste and serve .

Hara Masala Mutton Pulao:
Ingredients:
Mutton ½ kg
Rice ½ kg
Yogurt 250 gram
Onion 2
Green chilies 10
Green coriander 1 bunch
Mint 1 bunch
Whole Black Pepper 1 tsp
Black cumin 1 tsp
Cloves 6
Green Cardamom 4
Black Cardamom 4
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Ginger 1 piece
Garlic 6 cloves
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oil or clarified butter 250 gram
Method
Add 4 glasses of water in mutton. Now in muslin cloth put whole all spice, ginger and garlic and make pouch then add it in mutton and let it cook. When 2 glass of water left then add beaten yogurt and cook for 10 minutes. Now separate stock and meat. Then heat oil or clarified butter and fry onion in it until golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and meat and saute it well. Now add soaked rice and stock. When rice simmer then add green coriander, mint, green chilies and crushed black cumin.

Dahi Phulki Raita:
Ingredients:
Yogurt ½ kg
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Potato (boiled) 1
Finely Chopped Green Chilies 2
Baking Soda 1pinch
Gram Flour ½ cup
Black Pepper (crushed) 1tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds (roasted) 2 tsp
Mint Leaves 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Method:
• In a bowl, add gram flour, salt, red chili powder, soda and mix in little water.
• Then heat oil, fry small balls.
• Now in a yogurt, add water and beat it.
• After this, cut onion, tomato, boiled potato.
• Then in a yogurt, add phulki, salt, cumin seeds, green chilies, potato, onion , tomatoes and take it out in a dish.
• In the end, garnish with mint leaves and serve.
