-2TBS BLACK PEPPAR
-2TBS DRY CORIANDER POWDER
-1TSP RED CHILLI FLAKES
-1TSP OREGANO
-SALT ADD TO TASTE
-5-6 TBS SOYA SAUCE
-3 BULBS OF GARLIC (CHOPPED)
-1 CUP OF TOMATO PASTE
-2 LARGE CARROTS(BOILED)
-4 CAPSICUM
-1 LARGE HEAD OF CABBAGE
-SPAGHETTI NOODLES(BOIL THEM)
METHOD
-STIR FRY THE VEGETABLES AND SET ASIDE.
-NOW ADD 1/3 CUP OF OIL IN SAUCE PAN.
-ADD GARLIC AND FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
-NOW ADD ALL THE SPICES.
-ADD SOYA SAUCE AND MIX.
-ADD CHICKEN AND FRY.
-NOW ADD TOMATO PASTE AND MIX WELL.
-ADD 2CUPS OF WATER AND COVER THE LID UNTIL CHICKEN SOFTENS.
-REMOVE THE LID AND ADD VEGETABLES AND MIX WELL.
-NOW ADD NOODLES AND MIX WELL.
-AT THIS POINT YOU CAN ADD SOYA SAUCE AGAIN FOR FLAVOUR IF YOU WANT.
-ADD KETCHUP ON TOP AND MIX WELL, YOU CAN ALSO ADD OREGANO ON TOP FOR FLAVOUR IF YOU WANT.
-NOW COVER THE LID AND LET IT COOK FOR 5 MINS UNTIL EVERYTHING MIXES WELL.
-SERVE.
