For the dough we need:
1 kg Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Sugar
2 Tsp Olive oil
20g Yeast
200 ml Water
For the topping we need :
1 kg Cheese
Beef Salami
100g Corn
200g Mushrooms
1 Onion
40g Tomatoes
Pepper
500g Tomato paste
1 Tsp Rosmary
1 Tsp Oregano
50g Black and green Olives
For the sauce we need :
1 Tbs pressed Garlic
1 Tbs Olive oil
1/2 Tbs Salt
2 Tbs Water
You can serve it with Tabasco.
