Ingredients required:

For Momos Stuffing:-
1 tbsp oil
2 finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 medium-size finely chopped onion
1 & 1/2 cup grated cabbage
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp red chilli sauce
1 pinch black pepper powder
1 pinch Ajinomoto
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp chopped spring onion leaves

Foe Momos dough:-
2 cup maida/plain flour
Salt as per taste
Chilled water as required

For Red momos chutney:-
10-15 Spicy Red Chilli
3 tomatoes
5-6 garlic cloves
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp sugar
1 pinch Ajinomoto (optional)
1 tsp vinegar/lemon juice

For Cheesy Italian dip:-
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup milk powder (unsweetened)
1 tbsp butter
1 cup grated processed cheese
1/4 tsp Oregano/Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp chilli Flakes
1 pinch Black pepper powder
