Ingredients
For the Panna Cotta
Milk 300 Ml
Cheese. 300Ml
White Sugar. 65 Grams
Vanilla Pods. 1 No
Gelatin. 10 Grams

Ingredients
For the glaze or Sauce
Raspberry. 1 Cup
Blue berry. 1 Cup
OR
Strawberry. 1 Cup

Recipe
In a pan on medium flame add milk, cheese, sugar, vanilla pod.
Mix well and cook .Turn off the flame just before the milk begins to boil.
Now in another bowl mix the gelatin in warm water and combine it to the milk.Set aside to cool .Pour into desired moulds.Cover and refrigerate overnight or for 4 to 5 hours to set.

For making the glaze.
In pan add the berries with sugar.Cook for 10 minutes until the fruits melts partially and forms a sauce consistency.set aside to cool or refrigerate until the pannacotta is ready to serve.
Once the Pannacotta is ready immerse in hot water bowl to release from the mould.Glaze with the sauce and enjoy
