All Ingredients

• 4 oz. extra-virgin olive oil
• 2 garlic bulbs or 12 cloves
• 4 (28 oz.) whole tomatoes in puree
• 3 Italian sausage link (sweet or hot)
• 1 lb. top round (beef braciole/braciola)
• 1 lb. ground meat (beef, pork, and veal)
• 4 oz. seasoned breadcrumbs
• 2 slices white bread
• 2 large eggs
• 6 oz. pecorino romano cheese (grated)
• ½ rack of pork ribs
• 1 cup of wine (merlot or pinot noir)
• 1 large onion, chopped or diced
• 1 bunch of parsley
• 12 basil leaves
• 1 tbsp. oregano (fresh or dry)
• 2 oz. salt (additional s&p to taste)

• 6 garlic cloves (roasted or sautéed)
• 1 lb. ground meat (beef, pork and veal)
• 4 oz. seasoned breadcrumbs
• 2 slices white bread
• 2 lg eggs
• 4 oz. pecorino romano cheese (grated)
• 1/4 cup of wine (merlot or pinot noir)
• 3 oz. chopped parsley
• 2 basil leaves
• 1 tsp. oregano (fresh or dry)
• 1 tbsp. salt (additional salt and pepper to taste)

• 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 6 garlic cloves (roasted or sautéed)
• 1 lb. top round sub london broil or flank
• 4 oz. pecorino romano cheese (grated)
• 4 oz. chopped parsley
• salt and pepper to taste
