Mushroom & Garlic Beef:
Ingredients
Beef undercut ½ kg
Salt ½ tbsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Peri peri sauce 1 tbsp
Paprika ½ tbsp
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 piece
Mushroom ½ cup
Butter 2 tsp
Ginger (chopped) 1 piece
Red capsicum 1
Green capsicum 1
Green onion for garnish
Corn flour 1 tbsp
METHOD :
Marinate beef with spices and sauces for ½ hour, keep aside.
Heat oil in pan and fry garlic until it changes colour. Then add marinated beef in it and cook for 30 minutes until the beef is soften.
Take another pan add butter, mushroom, capsicum stir well. Add vinegar, black pepper, soya sauce and salt, again stir for 5 minutes. Add beef and dissolved corn flour in it and stir well until it gets thick.
Sprinkle sesame seeds, chopped ginger and spring onions.

Fig Delight:
Ingredients
Milk 1 kg
Condensed milk 200 gm
Corn flour 4tbsp
Fig (soaked in milk) 10
Cashew half cup
Almonds half cup
Walnut half cup
Cocktail 250 gm
Jelly 1 cup
Chocolate chips for decoration
Method
Boil milk in pan. Dissolved corn flour in water add in pan, stir well till it becomes thick. Remove from pan. let it cool. Add cream and condensed milk beat well. Add cashew, figs, walnut, almonds, cocktail and jelly freeze well. Decorate with chocolate chips, serve.

Chatkara Tikka Boti:
Ingredients:
Butter 100gm
Tikka boti 250 gm
Red chili ½ tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Cumin powder ½ tbsp
Chaat masala ½ tbsp
All spices mix well
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Ginger julienned 1
Green chilies 3- 4
Lemons 2
Method
Heat butter add ginger and chicken boit fry well. When its color turn add all spice stir well. Garnish tomato and onion well. Add spice and place chicken cubes. Add lemon juice, ginger and green chilies serve.

Adana Kabab:
Ingredients
Fat 200 gm
Beef minced 500 gm
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Cayenne pepper 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1
Chopped green chilies 2
Chopped capsicum 1
Onion 1
Parsley as required
Sumac 1 tsp
Salt as required
Mix all ingredients.
Olive oil as required
Tomatoes 4-5
Red chilies 2-3
Method
Add fat to mince and then add all spices, onion and chopped green chilies, marinate it for 1 hour.
Apply kabbab on skewers keep in fridge for 10 minutes.
