INGREDIENTS
2 lb ( 907 g ) boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp onion salt blend
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
juice of a lemon
zest of lemon
2 Tbsp (30 ml) cooking oil
1/4 of a small onion (minced)
2 to 3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 1/2 cup (354 ml) heavy cream
3/4 cup (70 g) parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
