Ever asked yourself how to make an Aperol Spritz at home? It’s actually quite easy, you just need to know which 3 ingredients to use. This Italian aperitif is also called Spritz Veneziano, which means Venetian Spritz. This Italian drink comes from the Northeast of Italy and was invented in Padua by the Barbieri brothers in 1919. In case you don’t have an Aperol glasses at home, use a wineglass instead. I used Prosecco of Zinin, but you could use any brand you like. The original Spritz recipe contains Soda water but most people are using sparkling water instead. Enjoy this delicious cocktail recipe!
