What you will need:
✔ 8 ounces penne rigate
✔ 3 vine tomatoes
✔ 1 carrot
✔ 1 onion
✔ 1 clove of garlic
✔ 1 bay leaf
✔ 2 Italian sausages links
✔ 2-1/2 Tbsp tomato purée
✔ 2 Tbsp Parmesan, or to taste
