Ingredients:
FOR THE RAGU SAUCE:
2 garlic choves, one onion and 3 carrots with 3 tablespoon of olive oil
-Italian dried herbs
-red wine
-2 cans of chopped tomatoes (800 grams / 28 oz in total)
-one vegetable stock
-500 grams /18 oz pork mince (10%fat)
-salt and pepper
-a box of lasagna sheets
FOR THE CHEESE SAUCE:
-50 grams/ 1.8 oz butter
-one cup of fresh milk
-one big tbspoon plain flour
-salt and pepper to taste
Cook in the oven at 175’C or 448F for 20 min.
