Hey Guys, my dinner for tonight 8th of June, lettuce salad with corn. I love moon gazing. Same as usual, I am having my yogurt breakfast with dried apricots, raisins, flax seeds and dark chocolate on my balcony, while watching the amazing panorama of the mountain. I found a four leaf clover on my botanical garden. I am picking up some mallows and mentha piperita for decoction. I love sungazing. I am happy, my vegetables are growing well. My spinach and Swiss chard are already ready to harvest. The small fruits are growing well also. The black currants and strawberries are ready to eat. I am picking some spinach and dandelion for cooking and smoothie. I am picking some black currants and strawberries for ice cream and desserts. I am washing the black currants and I put them in the freezer for a night, then the next day I will make an ice cream. I am washing the vegetables, and I put them in the refrigerator. I am preparing my spinach and apple smoothie for lunch. So lovely eating and drinking my smoothie on my balcony, while watching the beautiful panorama of the mountain. I am washing the officinalis leaves, and I put them in the refrigerator. I am washing the dandelion leaves for dinner tonight. I am cooking sauteed dandelion scrambled eggs. I love producing most of my nutrients. I love cooking vegetarian dishes. I love living a simple and quiet life in the mountain.
