Vegetable Lasagna Without Oven With Homemade Lasagna Sheets
[ Quantity 1 baking mould serving 5 to 6 ]
INGREDIENTS :-
For Lasagna Sheets :
1 Cup plain flour ( I have used 2 cups plain flour to make 8 Sheets, for 4 Sheets just take half of the plain flour )
2 Tbsp butter
Salt to taste
Water for binding dough
For Red Sauce :
5 medium sized boiled tomatoes puree
3 Tbsp oil
1 Tsp roasted cumin powder
Salt to taste
1 & 1/2 Tbsp red chilli powder
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp chilli oregano sauce
2 Tbsp tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp jaggery
1 Tbsp sugar
For Veggies :
1 cup finely chopped french beans
3 small finely chopped carrots
2 medium sized finely chopped capsicum
1 & 1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
1 cup chopped spinach
1 cup chopped coriander
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp chilli flakes
1 Tbsp oregano
Salt to taste
1 Tsp ginger chilli paste
For White Sauce :
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp plain flour
2 cup chilled milk
1 Tbsp mix herbs
1/4 Tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
3 Tbsp fresh cream
For making lasagna :
Add 1 Tbsp plain mayo and 4 Tbsp mint mayo to 3/4 quantity of cooked veggies. ( You can use your choice of mayonnaise )

Cheese slices
( You can spread any kind of cheese available with you )
