Tiramisu | Easy Tiramisu Cake | No-Bake Dessert | Classic Italian Dessert Recipe
Ingredients for Tiramisu :
-Lady finger cookies -26
-Egg Yolks-5
-Sugar -3tbsp
-Mascarpone, cold -250g
-Heavy whipping cream -50cl
-Strong coffee or espresso for syrup
-Cocoa powder-3tbsp
Proess:
-At first have to make custard cream.For this, beat the egg yolks with hand whisk and add sugar. Place it over a medium saucepan with some simmering hot water and keep that over low heat.
-Whisking constantly for about eight to ten minutes. Make sure that the bowl is not touching the hot water.
-When it change its color and a bit thickened, lift it from there. Let it to be cold.
-Take another bowl, put the mascarpone and beat it a hand electric beater until it’s creamy.
-Add beaten egg yolks and a little vanilla extract in it. Beat constantly untill it’s creamy and incorporated.
-Take a separate large bowl,put heavy whipping cream. Beat it for mixium 3/4mins.Make sure don’t overbeat it.
-Mix it with mascarpone slowly using a spatula, fold half of the whipped cream into the mascarpone cream just until it’s incorporated. Then add the remaining whipped cream and fold until properly mixed. Make sure don’t over mix it.
-Now soak the lady fingers into coffee and keep it in a flat, dip serving bowl.Keep them as shown in the video. Make sure don’t over soak them. Otherwise the cake may collapse. In this way give a layer of lady fingers.
-Put half of the cream mixture and spread it evenly on the lady fingers layer.
-Then give another layer of lady fingers as did before.
-Put the remaing cream mixture and spread it again on the lady fingers as shown in the video.
-Fold it with a wrap paper and keep it in normal refrigerator for 12 hours or over night.
-After 12hours, the cream is set.
-Pummel it with cocoa powder.
-Served it cold.
