Hello guys, today’s recipe is another side dish, this time with egglplants!
This is the perfect side for chicjen cutlet:
Ingredients:
-2 egglplants
-2 cloves of garlic
-100 g of olive oil
-100 g of tomato passata
-6 leaves od basil
-3 g of salt
-frying oil
Chop the eggplants and fry them in aboundant sunflower oil, take them out when they are golden. Chop your garlic (add chili if you like) and stir fry in olive oil, add the fried eggplants, the salt, the tomato sauce and the basil. Mix and cook for 5 minutes.
These ingredients will give you two servings!
