Eid is coming soon and we all will get to eat lots of meat. So it would be very easy to make this famous Italian dish at home . Both kids and adults will love this lasagna.
For meat-
Meat-600g
onion chopped-1cup
garlic-1tbsp
oil-3tbsp
salt according to your taste
fennel seed -1tsp
red chili powder-1tbsp
Tomato Puree -3cups
dried oregano-1tsp
water-1cup
White Sauce-
Butter-5/6tbsp
All purpose flour-3tbsp
Milk-3cups
salt to taste
Nutmeg powder-1/8tsp
white pepper powder-1/2tsp
Mozzarella Cheese-1/2cup
Layer-
Boil Lasagna Noodles- 10/12 sheet
Mozzarella
Basil Leaves
Temp-
Bake at 350F/180C for 45mins with foil and then bake 15mins without foil atlast.
***Serve after 10mins****
