Tossed Garlic potatoes With creamy cheese sauce
Garlic tossed potatoes in cheese sauce is a perfect Italian starter, the combination of potatoes with cheese sauce and herbs makes a great taste.
For the cheese sauce
Grated cheese 50 gm
Butter 20 gm
Flour 20 gm
Milk 200 ml
For tossed Potatoes
Boiled Potatoes 200 gm
Chopped Garlic 1 Tbsp
Other Ingredients
Salt and pepper As per taste
Mix herbs 2 Tsp
Chilly Flakes 2 Tsp
For the Garlic potatoes
1. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan, add the boiled potatoes, garlic salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, then Keep aside.
For the cheese sauce
1. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan, add flour and stir continues then add milk and cheese, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Add the salt and black pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 2 minute.
How to serve
1. Get a deep plate put tossed potatoes and then pour Cream sauce on top and season with chilly flakes.
