We get a lot of questions on how it was cooking out of these strange Italian Cookbooks, Italy In Bocca, considering we are definitely not chefs and these cookbooks are written like a forgetful grandmother telling you how to make something. The result was a lot of fun, and frankly, one of the better meals that we’ve ever had, despite obvious pitfalls (you dont need 6 lbs of chicken livers to make chicken liver pasta).
