Panna cotta is a Italian desert. Panna cotta means ‘cooked cream’ in Italian.It includes very few ingredients, and is basically a simple mixture of cream, sugar, and vanilla. Gelatin is added to set the mixture and create a custard-like consistency.

300ml of cream
200ml of milk
50gm of sugar
1 table spoon vanilla essence
2 spoon of gelatin, softened in cold water
