Ciao Ciao Amici miei! 🙋🏻♀️
Today I’m eating ITALIAN SUSHI!! 🍣🇮🇹 (Eating starts at 4.20)
YES!! Today I felt creative so I made this food fusion experiment by mixing together some sushi ingredients (like nori seaweed, wasabi and rice) with Italian ingredients like salame, mortadella, prosciutto and pesto.
I had so much fun preparing and eating this!
On the menu:
Hosomaki n°1: Nori seaweed, Salmon, pesto rice, yellow pepper
Hosomaki n°2: Nori seaweed, Salame, figs, cream cheese
Uramaki: Nori seaweed, mortadella (baloney), cucumber, pesto rice, granulated nuts
Nigiri: Nori seaweed, Mortadella (baloney) and asparagus (inside the rice ball)
Futomaki: Prosciutto crudo, mozzarella and cantaloupe.
Sauses: Wasaby mayo and Balsamic vinegar
