INGREDIENTS;
900g potatoes(leave skin on)
1 egg
3/4 tsp salt
150g Plain Flour

TOMATO SAUCE:
2 tbs. olive oil
4 cloves garlic dice
500 g cans tomato.
2tbs tomato paste
150g fresh mozzarella cheese
handful of grated or powder parmesan cheese.
