Potato Cheese Bar Recipe in English:
Ingredients for potato bar:
2 cup Potato (boiled)
1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Green chilies (chopped)
2-3 tbsp Green onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Italian herb
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp White pepper
2/3 cup Bread crumbs
Mozzarella cheese small block
Ingredients for coating:
1 cup All-purpose flour
Bread crumbs as required
3 Eggs
Ingredients for sriracha ketchup dip:
1 cup Ketchup
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Sriracha
1 tsp Honey
1/2 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Green coriander
1 tbsp Lemon
Directions for potato bars:
In a bowl add potatoes, onion, green chilies, green onion, Italian herbs, salt, black pepper, white pepper, bread crumb and paprika.
Mix all these ingredients until well combined.
Take small amount of potato mixture on your palm, add cheese block on top, then place stick on it.
Then add some more amount of potato mixture on top and bind it by making bar shape.
Now coat them in flour, egg and then bread crumbs. Keep it in fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.
Then shallow fry the bar until light golden brown.
Direction for dip:
In a bowl add ketchup, sriracha, honey, vinegar, green coriander and lemon.
Mix all these ingredients well and your sauce is ready.
Serve with freshly fried potato bars and enjoy.
