Pasta has originated from Italy. White Sauce Pasta is very delicious and yummy. Children love to have this Cheesy Pasta.

Let’s get in to the recipe

Ingredients:

Step 1: Boiling Pasta

1. Pasta – 1 1/2 cups
2. Water – 3 cups
3. Salt – 1 teaspoon

Step 2: Veg Mix

1. Butter – 1 tablespoon
2. Garlic – 1/2 tablespoon
3. Onion – 1 (Medium Size)
4. Capsicum – 1/2 (Medium size)
5. Carrot – 1 (Medium Size)
6. Sweet Corn – 2 tablespoon
7. Broccoli – 5 to 6 small florets (Optional)
8. Salt – As per taste

Step 3: White Sauce

1. Butter: 2 tablespoon
2. Maida – 1 tablespoon
3. Milk – 150 ml
4. Salt – As per taste
5. Pepper Powder – 1 teaspoon
6. Mixed Herbs – 1 teaspoon
7. Cheese – 2 Cubes

Cooking Duration: 30 min

Heat a pan/kadai and add 3 cups of water.
Add a pinch of salt and add 1 1/2 cups of pasta
Cook it for 5 min. Once it turns transparent, check whether it is cooked properly
Remove from stove and drain it.
Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon of butter
Add finely chopped garlic, onion, capsicum and diced carrot, once butter melts
Saute the veggies and cook for 3 min
Add 2 tablespoon of boiled sweet corn and few florets of broccoli
Cook the veggies for 2 more min
Remove it from the stove and set it aside
Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoon of butter. More butter tastes better
Once butter melts, add a tablespoon of maida (all purpose flour)
Let it blend well. Add 150 ml of milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps
Once milk thickens, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of powdered pepper
Add boiled pasta and mix well.
Add the cooked veggies and saute it gently.
Sprinkle a teaspoon of mixed herb and add 2 cubes of grated cheese
White Pasta is Ready
It tastes yummy when served hot

Important:
Maintain low flame throughout. Don’t overcook pasta as it may break. If mixed herb is not available, use amul garlic butter instead of regular butter. Butter has salt. Please add salt accordingly.
