280 grams of white flour
30 grams of cornmeal
140 grams of white sugar

Granulated sugar (Just enough to decorate)

1- Start Mixing sugar and butter
2- add the egg
3- mix for 2-3 minutes
4- add the grated peel of a lemon and the juice of a whole lemon
5- Add together: Corn flour, baking powder, white flour
6- mix well until the dough becomes uniform
7- Leave to rest in the refrigerator for 90 minutes
