HOW TO COOK BAKED ZITI | Italian’s Best Baked Ziti Recipe

Baked Ziti
Ingredients for Red Sauce:
300 grams minced beef
200 grams bacon
5 pieces chicken franks/sausage
500 grams italian spaghetti sauce
1 can 400 grams diced/chopped tomato
1/4 tsp pepper
1.5 tbsp italian seasoning
1/2 can condensed milk
1 medium onion
10 cloves garlic
salt
oil
500 grams Penne Pasta – cook as per package instruction
12 single slice cheese (for topping sa tatlong tray)
Instructions for red sauce:
1. Magpainit ng mantika at igisa ang bawang at sibuyas.
2. Ilagay ang beef at igisa ng 10 minutes hanggang maluto o maging color brown.
3. Ilagay ang asin at paminta.
4. Ilagay ang diced/chopped tomato at pakuluin ng 3 minuto.
5. Ilagay ang italian seasoning at haluing mabuti.
6. Ilagay ang italian spaghetti sauce at pakuluin ng 5 minuto.
7. Ilagay ang bacon at sausage at pakuluin ng 2 minuto.
6. Ilagay ang condensed milk at pakuluin ng 3 minuto.
Ingredients for White Sauce:
2 box of all purpose cream
salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 slice cheese
2 egg yolk
Instructions for white sauce:
1. Ilagay ang all purpose cream at pakuluin.
2. Ilagay ang salt at pepper at haluing mabuti.
3. Ilagay ang cheese hanggang sa matunaw ito. Haluing mabuti.
4. Ilgay ang beaten egg yolk at haluing mabuti.
Before Baking:
1. Ihalo ang red sauce sa pasta.
2. Ilagay sa baking tray/microwaveable container ang pasta.
3. Ilagay ang white sauce sa ibabaw, spread evenly.
4. Ilagay ang 4 slice single cheese for topping.
5. Ibake ang pasta under 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
