This is a really EASY recipe if you have Italian Sausage on hand.

If you don’t, just add Italian Seasoning (with salt) to your ground pork~ and then add the rest of my ingredients. I hope that helps 🙂

R E C I P E ⬇⬇⬇

INGREDIENTS
1 lb Italian Sausage
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp granulated garlic
2 tsp honey mustard
1 cup of finely chopped baby spinach
1/3 cup shredded cheese (I used a blend of pepper jack, mild cheddar & gouda). Honestly any cheese that melts works)
Oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix paprika, garlic, honey mustard, spinach & cheese in with the sausage
2. Form balls between your palms, approx. 11 balls per 1lb sausage
3. Chill in fridge for 30 min- this helps them retain their shape when they are sizzling on the pan/grill
4. Heat oil in pan and start frying the patties, gently flattening each ball. Cook in batches to avoid overcrowding pan; 3-4min each side
5. Serve

Serve with a side of veggies, potatoes and/or salad 🙂
