In this video I am going to show you how to make a phenomenal cheese and potato bake, adding Pecorino and Parmesan cheese, like only in Italy we can do!
The preparation for this dish is very quick: just slice a few potatoes and make as many layers as you want, sprinkle abundant Pecorino and Parmesan cheese, then cook it in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
You will never forget the taste of this cheese and potato bake and you are going to want more – especially if you choose to go next level and add some bacon too!

Cheese and potato bake – RECIPE
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 50 mins
Complexity: Easy
Ingredients (4 people):
– 4 potatoes
– 50 gr grated Parmesan cheese
– 50 gr grated Pecorino cheese
– a splash of full-fat milk
– olive oil
– salt and pepper
Procedure:
1. Slice the potatoes;
2. Pour some olive oil in an oven tray and layer the potato slices;
3. sprinkle salt, pepper and the cheeses;
4. proceed to create as many layers as you like, always adding salt, pepper and the grated cheeses on top;
5. When you reach the last layer, go WILD with the cheese on top;
6. add a splash of full-fat milk, cover with more cheese and then put it in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 200C;
7. ENJOY!
