Ginger Garlic crushed….. 2 Tablespoon
Chicken mince….. 1 Cup
Grind Tomato ….. 2 Medium
Water….. 2 Tablespoon
Salt….. 1 Teaspoon
Tikka masala ….. 2 Teaspoon
Black pepper….. 1 teaspoon
Ketchup….. 2 Tablespoon
Soya Sauce….. 1 teaspoon
Chilli Sauce….. 1 teaspoon
Vinegar….. 2 teaspoon
Capsicum….. 1/2 cup
WHITE SAUCE
Butter….. 1 Table spoon
Oil….. 1 Tablespoon
Cake Flour (Maida)….. 2 Tablespoon
Milk….. 1&1/2 Cup
Salt….. 1 Teaspoon
black pepper….. 1 Teaspoon
FOR GARNISHING

OVEN TIMINGS
Preheat oven for 20 minutes, at 180’C. Then cook for 15 minutes at 180’C. and Grill for 5 minutes only to give beautiful colour.
STOVE TIMINGS
If you do not have oven you can do the same procedure till assembling step. Then place it in a large saucepan or stew pot in which your dish can fit. And cook for 20 minutes at very low heat.
