Any kind of pizza dough can be rolled out , assembled and baked just like it is demonstarted in this video. I have rolled out a Gluten free dough as it is a bit tricky to knead, roll and cook it. After being rolled out, layer the pizza with a good amount of virgin olive oil and bake it in a pre heated oven for 5-7 minutes or until you see some bubbles. This means that the top layer has been semi cooked. Remove it from the oven, layer it with the base marinara sauce and then top it with a vegetarian/non-vegetarian ingredient/s and cheese of your choice, bake it for another 5-7 minutes or until the cheese and the crust turn golden brown. Serve hot and enjoy it.

For a regular crispy thin crust Margarita/Pepperoni or any other kind of pizza, you roll out the pizza, assemble it with the base sauce and toppings and cook for 12-15 minutes until the cheese or the crust is golden brown. you do not need to semi cook it like the Gluten Free pizza.

To roll out a plain flour or wheat dough, follow the Ingredients ist and the Cooking Instructions shared during the workshop. One can use a rolling pin, a long plastic bottle/mug or even an empty wine bottle to roll out a pizza .The technique to roll out and asemble this pizza, is very easy. Prepare the dough as per instructions, sprinkle some dry flour on your kitchen top and roll it out in a shape you desire. It rolls out easily. Transfer the pizza base to an inverted hot oven tray, layer it with the base/marinara sauce and then top it with a vegetarian/non-vegetarian ingredient/s and cheese of your choice, bake it at 220c for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese and the crust turn golden brown. Serve hot and enjoy it.
