1kg 00 Flour
160g lard
20g Salt
440ml Water

If you want to make a vegan version you can replace the lard with 120ml of olive oil but i suggest you add a pinch of bi-carbonate of soda and two pinches of yeast.just to lighten it up a bit.
Its obviously not the same as the authentic traditional version but its pretty good too.
