The Online Italian Cooking Worshop organised by aroi – Asian Zest comprised of learning how to make a versatile Marinara sauce , a quick and easy Thin Crust Margarita Pizza (as shown in this video ) and a crispy Thin Crust Gluten Free Pizza with variations both for vegetarians and non vegetarians alike. Please note that the method to make the regular and gluten free dough remains the same. The Ingredients list and the Cooking Instructions were shared with you during the workshop.

will show you how to assemble a cheese burst pan pizza with both the doughs. For gluten free, cheese burst pan pizza lovers, roll out a gluten free pizza, stuff it with cheese (as shown in this video) partially bake it, assemble it and then finally bake it one last time. The cooking time for any cheese burst pizza is about 25-30 mins at 220c.
