INGREDIENTS FOR BUILDING YOUR OWN PIZZA:

Pizza Dough (Homemade or store bought) – We made our own dough.
*We parbaked the crust after brushing with olive oil @ 450 degrees for 10 minutes.*
Pizza Sauce (Homemade or store bought) – We made our own sauce.
Italian Beef (Thin sliced)
Giardiniera (Hot or Mild) *Drain off most of the oil before topping*
Full Fat Low Moisture Mozzarella Cheese (We like to shred our own)
Provolone Cheese (We like to shred our own)

Bake for 15-20 minutes in a 450 degree oven.
