You will need:
*REXY’S Marinara Sauce (on my channel or link above)
Very thin Chicken Cutlets (depending on the amount you’re feeding will depend on how much.. I used 3 pounds)
Few cups of all purpose flour
Few cups of Italian style bread crumbs (I used Progresso)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Few eggs (I used 3)
1 cup whole milk
1 block of fresh Parmesan cheese (about 1/2 cup in bread crumbs, about 1/4 cup in the egg mix, and then sprinkle how ever much YOU want on top of the chicken parm when assembling)
Reg Veg oil as well as Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for frying cutlets) USE more Veg oil, and then half the amount of Olive Oil
1 TBSP of dried Parsley Flakes, as well as, about 1 TBSP of FRESH Parsley chopped fine (I use Italian Parsley)
1 OR 2, depends on how much you’re making, blocks of Mozzarella Cheese (Fresh, I use PollyO)
Thinly sliced Provolone Cheese.. again depending on how many you’re feeding.. I use 1 piece per cutlet
