INGREDIENTS – MEATBALLS
3 slices white bread
2/3 cup cold water
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 1/4 cup Parmesan
1 large egg
2 tbsp chopped parsley
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

1 large garlic clove
1 small onion
1/2 tsp oregano
1/3 tsp chilli flakes
4 tbsp olive oil
3-28oz cans tomato purée
1 tsp – 1tbsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
few sprigs basil
