Ingridients

For Dough

1/2 kilo flour
65 grams sugar
7 grams yeast
5 grams bread improver ( optional)
1/2 tsp white ground pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne
10 grams crunchy garlic
1/2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1/4 cup oil
185 ml water

For Toppings

2 cups tomato
1 cup white onion
2 pcs. red bellpepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp white ground pepper
1 tsp basil
pinch of rock salt
olive oil

NOTE: brush the olive oil in the foccasia when its already bake the put a pinch of rock salt
