Here you can find my tutorial of HOW TO MAKE soft Crepes. With this quick recipe you can make 8 BIG crepes. This dough can be used for salty and sweet crepes. It’s a recipe for adult and kids, feel free to use your favorite toppings.

Ingredients:
White flower : 2cups, 250g
Whole Milk : 2cups, 500ml
3 Whole Eggs
Topping:
Nutella, Powdered Sugar and Walnuts
Directions:
In a bowl put the ingredients in the following order:
Milk, eggs and flour. Start to whisk it until everything is well incorporated. Rest dough in the fridge for 30 minutes. Pour dough in warm pan with some butter. Sear it on each side for 60-90 second and flip it. When you cook all of your crepes use the topping that you prefer and enjoy it.
