We’ve had a request for a Seafood Pizza and I forgot to ascertain if it related to a Cream based filling or a Tomato based topping, I decided to make both from scratch. I’d love to hear which was your favourite of the two.

This recipe makes 2 Family Sized Pizzas.

INGREDIENTS:
For the Dough:
400g flour
1/2t salt
1 t active dried yeast
180g warm water
30g oil
2t Semolina or Cornmeal to dust the trays for a delicious crust.
For the Seafood Wine & Cream Based Fillings:
40g butter
50g scallops
75g prawns/shrimp
100g salmon
30g flour
1t lemon zest
20g lemon juice
50g cream
50g dry white wine
1 spring onion
20g Parmesan Cheese
salt & pepper to taste.
For the Tomato Based Topping:
50 crushed tomatoes
1/2-1t Italian dried herbs
75g Prawns/shrimp
50g salmon
50g scallops
30g tomato paste
1/2 onion sliced thinly
50g Pizza Cheese blend or Mozzarella
Salt & pepper to taste
