Carrom seeds/Ajwain-1tspoon
Salt-4tspoon
Jeera powder-1tspoon
Garam masala-1/2tspoon
Red chilli powder-1tspoon(green chilly2-3 can be used alternatively or alongwith as per taste)
Fresh Coriander-3-4 strands

I have shared Gobhi parantha recipe,It is a dhaba style stuffed parantha.Gobhi parantha is a delicacy and popular in Punjab.Stuffed Parantha is an ideal heavy breakfast.Serve it with curd,butter,chutney or pickle.
