Healthy Wheat Pizza
Ingredients:
1)Wheat Flour – 2 Cups
2)Sugar – 1 teaspoon
3)Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
4)Instant Yeast
5)Pizza sauce
6)Mozzarella Cheese
7)Toppings(Capsicum,Onions,Mushroom,Olives,Jalapenos etc)
8)Oregano leaves , Italian seasoning ( as per your preference)
Steps:
1)To 2 cups of Wheat flour , add Sugar , Salt and Instant yeast.Mix well. To this add lukewarm water little by little and mix well until it is well combined.
(Note : Do not add very cold or very hot water , if so the yeast will die and the dough will not raise.Yeast that is too old may be dead and won’t work.)
2)Cover tightly and let the dough raise for 90 min.
3)Preheat the Oven at 450 degree F.
4)Spray some oil on the pizza pan and spread the dough on it.
5)Apply Pizza Sauce, spread cheese and toppings as desired.
6)Bake at 450 F for 15 to 20 min.Check after 10 min.
7)After 20 min , check if done . Serve and Enjoy !
