4 tablespoons flour
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/16 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon pasta or pizza sauce
1 generous tablespoon shredded mozzarella
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (dried basil or oregano will work as a substitute)

Instruction
Grease your microwave safe mug using some oil on a paper towel or napkin.
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and Italian herbs together in the mug.
Add in the milk and oil then mix together. There might be some lumps but that is ok.
Microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes
Spoon on the marinara sauce and add your cheese and toppings.
Microwave for about 1 minute, or until the cheese is bubbly

Note:
1/8 teaspoon is half of a 1/4 teaspoon
1/16 teaspoon is a quarter of a ¼ teaspoon, or half of a 1/8 teaspoon.
