Ames made shares his own recipe for a gluten free pasta salad, he calls it: Ames’ Italian No-Pasta Pasta Salad! Watch the video and follow the directions (recipe listed below).

Ingredients:
– 1 & 1/2c hard salami, cubed
– 1c mozzarella cheese, cubed
– 1 red bell pepper, diced
– 1 green bell pepper, diced
– 1/2c red onion, diced
– 1c olive oil
– 1pkg. Italian dressing mix (gluten-free)
– 2tbs apple cider vinegar

Directions:
1.) Prepare ingredients
2.) In a large bowl, combine meat, cheese, and vegetables
3.) in a pourable measuring glass, mix together the oil and Italian dressing – mix well to fully combine
4.) Pour dressing on top of protein mixture in large bowl
5.) Add vinegar to large bowl
6.) Combine and mix with a large spoon until all ingredients are well incorporated.
7.) Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, serve cold, and enjoy!
